Ian Raynor, Sales Representative
Having always had a keen interest in the sectors involving commercial and industrial development, land investment and the sale of businesses, Ian naturally gravitated towards the real estate industry, and joined Royal LePage Innovators Realty to pursue his ICI interests. Ian has diverse business experiences which allows him to provide high class service to his clients.
Ian spent much of his career in Canada in general management, distribution and logistics management as well as sales and marketing assignments within the Agricultural, Pharmaceutical and Logistics industries.
In the 1990's Ian successfully pioneered the Reverse Distribution Concept to the Pharmaceutical industry which remains today as the benchmark for the industry.
Ian has always been involved in voluntary projects and organizations such as chairing a charity golf tournament for many years and is currently a Board member of the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to making Canada his new home, Ian successfully managed the family’s two thousand acre family farm in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), and owned a successful water well drilling business. In 1984 he registered a U.S. patent for a bearing assembly for a piece of agricultural machinery.
Given his diverse experience, Ian has found that satisfied clients are the product of successful transactions, which result from thorough research and first class service. This is especially applicable to real estate.
